Hi all, I noticed a few questions in the past on NATURIST CAMPING AND CARAVANING AND WERE THERE ANY SITES ?????????? Yes there are naturist campsites and beaches all over the UK and not all as expensive as South Hampshire Country Club. There are several caravan and camping clubs for naturist too and others that have naturist included. There are Suntrekers a national club, The Three Rivers Outdoor Club based in the north east of England. All for campers and caravanners.
Then there are others that cater for Adult Naturist that do more than take their clothes off, like the Getaway Group, if your into free love. !!!!!!!!!!!.
There are many campsites around the country in nearly every naturist club, you need to be a member of British Naturist to use them as a tourist from a different Area of the UK.
Finally there are some naturist campsites but they are hard to find, this is our favourite, “Knitson Farm Naturist Camping/Caravanning Field, it is not far from Swanage Dorset. Very close to Studland Beach, it is very basic you need your own toilet, and shower, Most people use a solar shower (even those with SHOWERS built into the caravan.) it’s a sloping field and all are welcome. As a contrast to the full facilities of South Hants Country Club, it is a field with a tap and chem. disposal point and some bins for your rubbish. However instead of paying the tens of pounds a day to go to South Hants which is a good drive to a naturist beach. Try Knitson Farm at £7 per night right, on the doorstep of Studland Beach if you’re the walking type you can walk to the beach, if not its about 5 mins in the car. Before anyone says but you don’t get the weather, IN THIS COUNTRY, we were there for 3 weeks last year and a month this year, in that time, it was showery 2 days and dull 3 days and the dull days were still very warm and the temperature some days was hotter than Greece.
So get your clothes of and try it.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
My friend's brother is a naturist - unfortunately his wife (now ex) didn't approve!
He invited his sister to go on holiday with him and didn't tell her until the night before that she need NOT bring any clothes!
I'm sure that is not the naturist's way. I know a couple and they say at all sites you are only expected to remove your clothes if you are comfortable doing so and that everyone is welcome?
------------- Take it easy.........
Do you know.... There's never enough hours in the day!

Dont be silly Lesley naturism is not about beautiful bodies, it’s about freedom, after a while you don’t even notice the people have no clothes. All types of people go to naturist camp sites, a few weeks ago we were on Knitson Farm the youngest there was 3 accompanied by his grandparents in their 60s. There was a young lady about 19, and a couple in their 80s. As for body types we are all shapes and sizes, far from being perfect some with arthritis, some amputees, a lady in her 70 with a breast removed and so on. So the people are beautiful but maybe not their bodies. One thing we all have in common we all like to the freedom of no clothes, but try it for yourselves go along if you don’t feel comfortable you don’t take your clothes off. Many people go to naturist campsites as a couple and only one of them will disrobe, (some naturist clubs would not allow this but most will).
The only advice I can give anyone is if you would like to try it give it a go the only thing you have to lose is your clothes.
So sad that everyone is obsessed with body shape/size. Thats one of the best things about naturism is that when nude, NO-ONE is a size 12, or 18, or 26, or whatever. EVERYONE has wobbly bits. Kate Moss has cellulite. Who gives a damn! Naturist beaches are the most non-judgemental/non-sexual places Ive been to. If you've not tried it, dont knock it.
Naturism is one of those things that either you want to try or you don't. The whole point for me is freedom and liberation. The phrase I much prefer to 'Nudist Beach/Club' is 'Clothing optional', which is a far better description of how it operates. At a beach I attend, there are two couples who visit regularly. The ladies go nude, the guys don't. Its purely a choice thing. No-one gives a damn. Thats the whole point. Its a thing called freedom of choice and freedom of will. The people who are against it most turn out to be the people who've never even tried it. All I ask is that you don't go into to the ' tee-hee-hee' 'sunburnt bits' mentality. Benny Hill is long gone. Whatever you do, whatever your opinion of this subject is, I wish you peace, freedom and happy camping.

Theres a nice site at Corton Nr Lowestoft, Suffolk. it's called Azure seas, we have been going there for years, It's not a naturist site but it's 10 minutes walk away from a naturist beach. They are open to caravans, tents and campervans, but I must warn you that since they changed ownership a couple of years ago they are getting a bit pricey especially in kids holidays, with no noticeable improvements to the site.
Ive tried it - when younger and saw some nasty things going on, not bothered about it no major advantage to it - dared to mention older wobbly bits as have other replies on this post and got slammed! Keeping out of alot of posts in future, I come on here for advice, give advice and most of all try and have a little laugh, because lifes too short! If your going get rid of ya clothes dont get rid of ya sense of humour!
