Went to the Flower of May Sunday to Thursday. First time camping but went with friends who had been before. First night rained and I wanted to come home! Weather got better and had a great time. Toilet and shower block really clean. Camp site was quieter than I thought it would be. Cafe was lovely for a cheap breakfast, the adult only bar was great, we went with a 12 and 13 year old who spent the time playing pool and on the machines. They had a great time and we felt safe leaving them to wander back and forth from the tent. Went to Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey. Went to the circus one night. Only disapointment was the food at the Plough Inn, carvery on the Sunday was excellent but went again on the Wednesday and had to send the food back.

Would recommend Flower of May and would love to go back.
