Anyone know of any campsites that have there own beach access or better still, where you can camp on the beach.

   "Waxham Sands" at Waxham in Norfolk, as the name suggests, is right beside the dunes and beach... If you look on the 'Campsite Search' facility, you'll find details and a few reviews too... I've never stayed there, but it looks OK when I've walked past it, on the beach...

   P.S. The beaches in that area at Waxham, Sea Palling, Horsey and Winterton are lovely & generally pretty quiet...

Shell Island in North Wales - love it or hate it - will put you right next to the beach (or in the sand dunes, or by the harbour....)

Newgale in Pembrokeshire is also within a literal stones throw from a from an amazing beach....

Both are reviewed on here, and also have links to their own websites.

Seacote Caravan Park in St Bees is right on the beach front. They accept tents as well but I think there are only 2 EHU`s available.
