Its thirty yrears since I camped and youth hostled around Scotland and the memory isn't that acurate when it comes to exact locations, so, can anyone recomend any good and basic campsites on the western coast and isles of Scotland, my memory of the midges alas hasn't faded, so any warnings are unnecessary.
