If there are any site owners out there with pitches for next weekend or anyone who knows of any within a hours drive of redcar could you let me know please or our lass is going to kill me ,i have left it to late to book up and the kids think they are going away,any help would be great.

I think we're going to have a similar problem. Not only is Castleton booked up this weekend but it is booked up every weekend until into September! Not promising. We want somewhere within about an hour and a half of Holmfirth in West Yorks.

Have you tried the Sandhaven Site in South Shields ?

Its about an hour from Redcar and there is loads going on in the Town.

The site is right opposite one of the best beaches in the area.
