Hello,

We are a group of 15 young professionals looking to go camping from 11th-14th August, but most places are booked up.

We are after a beach - the quieter the better, and probably some showers.

Does anyone know of somewhere that might not be booked yet?

Hi, try Cofton Holidays, Starcross, nr Dawlish, South Devon.  Beautiful site, great shower/loo facilities, beach a pretty walk through parks own woodland, also outdoor swimming pool if you don't fancy the walk.  They have several overflow fields so you might be lucky!

Ah ha! Well...if you're not desperate for an EHU, then you might just strike lucky at Pentewan Sands.

I know they did have some of what they call walkers and hikers pitches or something, which means ideal for tents and no electricity.

If your a group you may find it hard getting in somwhere as most sites dont allow groups - try sunnyside or rosecliston in Newquay, they both allow groups but will probably be expensive !

Thanks everyone for the help! We have actually had a little bit of a problem with booking a group, which is a little discriminating.

The only places which don’t seem to mind groups are the 18-30 sites – which is something we would rather avoid!
