Me and my Girlfriend have had difficulty finding campsites with availability for Wednesday 9th August to Sunday 13th August.  I know its a bit late but were desperate to go!  Please has anyone booked anywhere recently.

Thankyou for your help.

It depends where you want to go? You could try Park Foot at Pooley Bridge in the Lake District. Close to M6, it`s right by Ullswater and lots of beautiful scenery. It might be too far for you to travel though. If you give some idea of where you want to go, or how far you are willing to travel you might get some more ideas.

there's a campsite in north yorkshire that say they always have space coz they have extra farm fields too. We're going the weekend after you. I've heard it's lovely and is by a river: Keld, Swaledale Phone: 01748 886274 or email: babrarukin at ukonline.co.uk

Here's their website: http://www.rukins-keld.co.uk/index.htm

Hope you find somewhere and have a fantabulous time.

Cheers - Tanjarine
