Guidelines suggest that there should be 2 toilets for each sex per 30 pitches. Showers if required are recommended at 1 per 25 pitches.

So it seems to me that there may be a capacity issue here.

Guidelines are purely that, not law. It's not like in the workplace where they have to provide so many toilets according to the number of employees.

I've been on sites with 200 plus pitches where there are no toilets or showers at all, just CDP points, water and rubbish disposal.
