Hi.

We have just bought our first tent - an Outwell Montana 6.  Have checked that we have all the bits after reading previous posts and all is good!

Now we want to try it out and are looking for a site in Dorset or New Forest where we can spend a couple of nights.  Family plus poss a dog (long story!).

Any recommendations?

Cherrybear23 have you tried the camp site search button at the top, there are reviews on there as well from other campers and links to the web site of the camps. hope this helps.

Hi Julie, we're in Poole just up the road from you.I would recommend Wareham Forest but it will probably be fully booked but still worth a try.Beacon Hill is another good local site and there's a couple of good sites in Weymouth if you fancy it, West Fleet farm and East Fleet Farm. Hope this helps

Hi and welcome to UKCS.

Sorry I can't help with sites, - but on our first trip out we stuck to a site withing an hours drive of home, so that if we didn't like it, especially the kids, we could get home and OH go back for the tent, without too much hassle.
