Try the Caravan Club site at Blackpool but it doesnt have a club or pool. Also try Martin Mere, it has all the facilities such as club, pool etc. Someone else mentioned Windy Harbour which also has a pool and club.
My favourite is Great Birchwood Country Park (San Antone) which is a caravan site, log cabins, country and western clubhouse (live music, dancing etc) and trading post, fishing, horse riding and car boot sale Sunday am. Its about 15 mins drive from Blackpool and there is also a golf course next door.
I can highly recommend Windy Harbour, nice clean toilets, sports bar, family bar and a adult bar/club. Good choice of shops& cafe & chippy all with reasonable prices. In general a really nice site
