I stayed at Croft Park which is in Kilgetty last year. Not loads for the kids but a huge grass play area and it is very family orientated. Had a lovely 10 days there and reasonably priced at this time of year.
We have just come back from tenby today and stayed at well park which is ok if your non electric although one of the fields is on a steep slope and the hot water is scarce .
Can I just say that Tenby tends to be for the Teenagers these days - it's like IBIZA!! Think of Newquay and Tenby is the same, full of teens.and chavs.
I would recommend Saundersfoot for a young family, much more pleasant a place in my opinion
We came back from Saundersfoot last weekend and had a lovely week stayed at Sunnyvale well kept site with indoor pool nice adventure playground and clubhouse takeaway and games room. We thought it was quite reasonable it was £154 for first week of school hols. Its a bit far to walk into saundersfoot with kids though but we loaded up the car and parked on Coppett Hall at a cost of £2 for the day this was adjacent to the beach so easy to transport all the buckets spades and nets etc then had a fab times playing games on the sand and rock pooling.
We have just come back from a week at Saundersfoot too. Please stop telling people how wonderful it is ( and it is a great place for families ) as I want to go again next year and don't want to fight the crowds !!

If I was you stokesee I should phone immediately I tried to get a pitch for my daughter on the 29.7.06, also 5.08.06 but everywhere was fully booked in Tenby and Saundersfoot, there are sites around but they are several miles from both resorts ( no good for my daughter as she dosen't drive ) but I should phone NOW especially as the weather is not quite as nice as it was you may be lucky.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
