The Trevornick site states that the jumbo pitches are about 14mx14m but gives no info on the others. Does anyone kow roughly how big their standard and super pitches are?

Hi, we have just arrived back from our first visit to Trevornick and it was great all I can say is check the pitch sizes on the website map as it gives individual measurements as they vary. For example we took a super pitch as a cancellation at 21ft x 30ft but the map did not show the correct shape and it was irregular shape so friends would have been unable to pitch their tent alongside us midweek as planned.
However the booking staff were great once we explained (think this pitch was just an unusual one as by a pathway so narrowed for access) we were then given a choice of 4 other pitches and had a great standard pitch (195 Red Field) which was 31x30ft plenty of room for all plus both MPV's and in a better location. You will love this site although very busy now but we have booked for next year !

If you hover your mouse over a pitch on the map/site layout page it shows your the size and a sometimes what views it has.

Are there many flat pitches?, alot of the pitch comments on the site plan say sloping - how bad is it?

We haven't been, I usually go away with my sisters and their kids once a year and looking at something a bit more lively for next year as the kids are getting older. Trevornick sounds ideal for them but the sloping comments put us off a little as we hate pitches that aren't flat.
