Anyone stayed at Westermill Farm recently?  I was wondering what the quality was like?

Many thanks

We stayed at Easter. We really enjoyed it, there were only 3 other tents and 4 fields!!! We parked ourselves by the river and the children really enjoyed playing in it despite the drizzly weather we had at the time. It's more of a wide shallow stream really.  The toilet block was clean and well looked after. there are leaflets on walks around the area starting from the farm that you can buy from the reception for a nominal price. The owners are very friendly and like to see people taking an interest in the animals if they want to. It was lambing season when we were there and one night my daughter and I peaked into the lambing barn just in time to see a lamb being born!

We'd agree with all the positive reviews on here http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=1750 though only have experience of the quiet times!
