Off camping for the first time bank holiday weekend to the Beverly Holiday Park in Paignton. I'm really excited and just wondered if anybody has visited this site before, if so whats it like?

Can't wait.

Yes we went there for a long weekend last year at the end of September.  It is a really nice site.  The toilet/shower block was spotless and looked very new.  The view from the top of the site it amazing.  The outdoor pool was really warm.  The indoor pool isn't as big as it looks on any pictures you might have seen of it.  A bit of trick photography going on I think.  But saying that, it is a nice place.

The entertainment area is large, there is a nice playroom for the kiddies next to it.  I'd definitely go back there.

Wish we had known about that site we would have gone there instead of Widdecome Farm, never mind one to try in the future   Rosie

I'm from Torquay and off to see my folks there over this weekend.

You'll have a lovely time, especially if it manages to stay dry for you!! I think we might all be in for a soggy BH!!
