Jusy come back from Oakdene on Wed albeit in a caravan tho, tent pitches in main field seemed to have plenty room the field is grassy in places but with lots of peebles etc(we were lead to belive that this was the last season for the main field as it is being turned into static area just like most of the site now),hope you are not in the Meadows as they had porta cabins for toilets/showers! I would take strong pegs as the ground was very hard last week. Having said all that we still had a very good time, plenty to do for to keep the kids happy.
Back from Oakdene and a good time had by all, no problem with the tent size but must mention that the ground was a mega problem, had to purchase special pegs, it was very stoney and worst of all my two year old had a great time rolling on the dusty ground and getting in a terrible state. Would not go back as the tent and us felt filthy during our stay (never stayed at a site like it i've come home from festivals cleaner!).
