Trying desperately to find a campsite that isnt full in the shropshire area. Anyone got any ideas?

Also found a site based on first come first served - how quickly do you reckon that will fill up on friday?

If you want to get in on Friday early afternoon is the best time.

I would ring ahead on the Friday morning as the campsite would know how many empty spaces they've got and you could time your arrival acccordingly.

Be gentle with me this is my first post, only joined recently but have been an avid reader since last summer. ( OH has become a ukcampsite widower LOL, makes a change from me being a football widow.)

The Green, Wentnor, Bishop's Castle.

We had a wonderful 4 days early August.

Cartref at Ford nr Shrewsbury is a lovely small site - not sure if they have space - are you Shropshire based?
