I always view it from the angle that if a site is walking distance from the beach, shops etc it can save me 3 to 5 quid a day on car parking & if it has a swimming pool etc it keeps the kidz busy & they don't keep tapping me for a fiver a day. An expensive site did actually turn into a cheap holiday because all the kids wanted was food - everything else was already paid for.

Unfortuneately you people with kids of school age are limited as to when you can go, and it's not only camp sites that take advantage of this think of package holidays.
I can only say that when you get older you are able to go when the charges are more reasonable. But there are other disadvantages in getting old!
i stayed here.I found it to be a good, well maintained site with beach access. The only downfall was that it was on severe a slope and ended up feeling sea sick!!!
Showers are included in the price and washing up is free!!!
Well we have now experienced nearly a week at Tyddyn Isaf and I have submitted a review, it was ok but I dont think it was worth the money, I agree with the review above about the slope it was horrendous, we came home early due to the rain and being fed up of retreiving items off the floor at the bottom of the tent (including ourselves in the mornings) and the field turned into a slope of sludge!!!!
