We are looking for a SEASONAL PITCH, which will also store during the winter or will be open all year round in the SURREY, EAST SUSSEX or even KENT areas?
We need this asap.

I know Tanner Farm in Marden, Kent are open all year round - not sure about storage. Not been there yet ourselves - but it's on our to-do list as it looks great. Might be worth trying Cobbs Hill Farm in Bexhill, Sussex - they might be suitable. I haven't checked Camp Site Search to see if they are open all year though. Good luck.
I can safely say you can rule out Tanners Farm as my pal Sniper has his van there and he says no chance as there's a waiting list as long as your arm. We've stayed there a couple of times and I have to say it's first class site.
You could have a look at Kloofs and if no joy try our campsite search facility.

Many thanks, the only one that I've had luck on is Castle View - Pevensey bay, but the reveiews sound terrible and it also says that the site has closed down?
not as nice as tanner, (little patch of heaven that is!!)
but its not bad.

We checked out Hunters Moon near Lyme Regis last weekend for seasonal pitches. They had 2 available. One would have taken our Abbey, but the other one didnt look too big to me. Charges he quoted to us are £1125 + VAT including elec and winter storage. However, the man on site said that it was "adults only" although it says nothing about this in either the brochure or their website, although there was a sign on the seasonal area saying "no children past this point"
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
