We live very close by and the owners are very friendly, the site has won several awards and is a good base for some nice areas.
It is well off the main road so the main traffic you will see is tractors although the main road is only about 1 mile away. Lovely walk to Brompton butts where you can paddle or feed the ducks.
I would recommend the beach at Hunmanby Gap for a great child friendly beach without all the temptations of Scarborough south bay!
