Hi we're hoping to go to Cornwall for first time in our tourer with awning. We have friends in Wadebridge and would like to be fairly close but don't mind travelling. We are two adults and two kids 11 and 13 so would like somewhere clean with hook up (TV point even better but can do with out). Don't necessarily need kids clubs or play park but pool might be nice. Really just wanted somewhere that's recommended, reasonably priced and clean, prefer FREE showers too. Just keep going round in circles looking at different sites and can't make my mind up. HELP! Just wanted to mention - if you do find one with pool - check if the pool is still open as a lot of sites close the pool down at the end of the high season.

Hi Rachelterry10, we stayed at Newquay holiday park last week. Avoide it like the plauge, showere and tiolets filthy. Kids club was good. Close to the road and very noisy.
hi we have just got back from penstowe holidays and we had a fab time they have a park and pool also indoor pool and entertainment which is extra cost (only indoor pool and entertainment)so if you want it or not its up to you very peaceful and the owners we great and very helpful and friendly
the campsite is in bude if thats near where you want to go
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
