help i am going to wicks farm at wittering on saturday just me and the three kids and i know im not gonna be able to lift me tent up...any one else going and wanna help me? just one lift with the first poles is all the help i need...i can do all the rest.

anyone else camp alone? how do you manage?

I go on my own with kids with a tent and there always seems to be someone around to help Don't be afraid to ask

Last time I went the wind was taking my tent as a kite when I was trying to put it up. Two men came to help and a group of kids playing football also held tent down while we pegged it out

when you book in, ask if they have anyone who can lend a hand for a few mins. It is a lovely site and they people there are very friendly.
