Hello.... I'm hoping to pick up my boys from school this afternoon and surprise them with our 1st weekend under canvas.
I have no idea if i'll get onto a site at such short notice and I have a huge Sunncamp Olympic, so the site would have to be accommodating to larger tents. I also want electricity.
I'm prepared to travel for a couple of hours, so North Wales or the Lake District would seem ideal, though I'm open to suggestions. It would be great if anyone knows a good site I could try.
My boys are 12, 14 and 16 years old and they do take some entertaining .. I'm going to look at the sites listed on the forum that accept large tents but i'd value any recommendations at this time.

There is a limited availability for tents. Due to the undulating nature of the land we are unable to accept bookings for large tents.
Electricity and TV connections are not available in this area.
NB. Hard ground pegs are required

Scousey try Tyn-yr-onnen farm just outside Caernarfon 01286 650281 with stunning views of Snowdonia and there's plenty of room there at the moment and loads of space for a big tent.
