I am planning a weekend walking next summer and on day two will be stopping off aroung the Langdale Pake area.  I see from the OS map that there is a site for tents near to Chapel Stile and two in Great Langdale.

Does anyone know of any sites around there that would accept bookings for the night, showers ideal, but if not the packet of baby wipes will have to be used !!!!!

The one in Chapel Stile is Baysbrown farm and is listed on the campsite search of this site. New toilet and shower block this year.

The one at the top of the valley is the NT site and closer to the Pikes.

Both same prices.

Does Baysbrown take bookings ???

I'd hate to walk all that way to be told they are full !!!!
