Sorry DandD, We found the Park purely by chance on the way to Silloth, Looked in and discovered a treasure trove of wildlife...absoloutely stunning scenery and horses running about the fields. Birdlife in abundance for birdwatchers and total peace and quiet apart from the woodpeckers.Park is very close to the Solway Firth with views across the water....Unbelievable. The owners are totally amazing, very friendly and great people, can't do enough for you and the prices were the best yet with elec hook up and small toilet block with water and disposal. They even offered us a full english breakfast on the Sunday Morning! Just opened last month apparantly, but didn't get the name of the park. This is simply the very best we have been on...bar none. Will let you know the name when we go back....Floyd.
Basic suits us. Somewhere to dump black, grey water & rubbish with cold water supply is nice but last summer we stayed on many aires & wild camped where there were no facilities at all except a parking space.
