Hey,

Can somebody help me. I am looking for a carvan site in the Midlands or Staffordshire area to pitch my oldish static caravan on. Does anybody know of any sites that will let you live in them permantly or 11 months of the year?

Many Thanks

I think you will find that you will not be able to pitch for that length of time. I have gone into this for myself the site owners normally let you stay for a few months at a discount price about 10% less than the pitch fees but it can work out quite expensive. You need to look for a caravan park that is privatly owned and speak to them they may be able to help.

Good luck!

Hi Scoot,

have alook here, there are some plots for sale.

http://www.parkhome-living.co.uk/accommodation/list.php?lodging_type%5B%5D=10&location%5B%5D=5_146&parkdealer_name=&sale_new=&price_min=&price_max=&supplier_ids%5B%5D=-1&model=&year_built=0&bedrooms=0&sleeps=0&search=y

i assume you know about the pdifferences between  a patk home site (usually 11month occupancy) and a residential site and the pitfalls of the former.
