OK not a tourer but I am after a rental static, lake district, somewhere quiet - farm etc for one week in June.

We have been messed about by where we were going.We like a week in a static jsut as a base for walking, chilling etc etc.

Any one got any ideas, recommendations? Thanks in advance

Thanks Ang/Ken. checked out the link but most of their Cumbria hire vans are on Lakeland -Haven Hell Holidays

And according to the listing the C&C club site at Keswick doesn't have statics for hire.

Oh well YHA here we come, unless anyone else has any suggestions.

Although the C&C club site is in Keswick i think its called something else, the one listed under Keswick doesnt have statics but the other site is adjacent to it.

not sure what the score is but this site is situated adjacent to the main CC Club site at Keswick and is a very short walk into the town.
