There’s a nice wee independent site at Town Yetholm with cracking views, beside St Cuthbert’s Way & near the end of the Pennine Way in Kirk Yetholm. Thatched houses too. It’s almost another world tucked up there.
Your photo looks very like areas of Dumfries & Galloway, due to a similar combination of landform, conifer plantations & small burns.
