Janus,  there's no select font size on my desktop options list.

Edit to say i've found the font size and made it bigger. it works on the address bar task and tool bars, header tabs etc, but the text size in posts here is still small. But on other web pages, ebay, google etc the text is larger.

That's probably due to the BODY {font-family: "arial"; color:black; font-size:12px; background-color:#ffcc00;} CSS
coding in this website, rather than a problem at your end then.

If you can download a web developer toolbar (I know you can for FF, but don't have IE here to check) you can edit this value to a larger one, which may help.
