Each time I click on a topic, read it and then hit the back button it just goes back to the top of the page and not topic page. This doesn't happen on any other site I use, just UKCampsire, is there something wrong with my settings and can anyone tell me how to correct it please?
At present I have to click on to message forums to chose a new topic, and it's doing my head in.
Any advice greatly appreciated

I have three sides, left, right and wrong - which one are you on?
Can you not right click the topic header, and choose "Open in new tab"?
That way, you won't lose the page you are leaving, as they'll sit side by side.
Personally, I have This page as my starting point (in my bookmarks). I scroll down to "Message board" then click on "View new messages since last visit". From there, each thread I click automatically opens in a new tab. (Also, once there, if you prefer, you can change (or refresh) the "since last visit" to "Last week", "yesterday", "Last 2 hours" etc, etc.)
Works for me... and you don't miss a thing!!

I never have need to use the back button as I use the same method as Mucker does. However, I did just try the back button and it took 3 attempts before it worked.

Yup, I've always done it like that. Never had any need to use the back button on here.
UKCampsites seems to operate in a slightly different way to some forums. I always view posts since last visit which opens in one window but when I click of a particular thread I want to read that discussion opens in a new window. You can use the back and forward buttons but only if that discussion is more than a page long. I don't find it a problem.
