As Anne says, click on an area of interest on Camp Site Search and select Only Club CL/CS and whatever facilities you need (some Certificated Sites are own sanitation essential but will have a Chemical Disposal Point).
You'll need to join the appropriate Club - Camping and Caravanning Club for Certificated Sites or Caravan Club for Certificated Locations (which don't normally take tents) but you can usually sign up to the C&CC at least (not sure about CC), on arrival at site.
If for whatever reason you don't want to use CLs/CSs, it may be easiest to ask for recommendations on here for other small, basic facility sites, mentioning which area(s) you'd like to visit and (in your Profile) what kind of camping unit you'll be using.
