Hi

Firstly, great forum, thanks for all the hard work I know must be going on in the background to keep us 'interesting' and diverse enthusiasts under some sort of control.

There is often advice for people to search before asking new questions however you need to search lots of different forums within UKCS.

Could there be a function to search all forums at the same time, or say be able to select a few to search?

For example I am interested in thoughts on inflatable gazebos.. is this equipment, camping under canvas or something else?

I've found this a few times and often end up using google which directs me back to UKCS threads of relevance which I haven't found through the local search.

Best regards

D

I just scroll down and tick the all forums box in the search criteria.

Haven't used the search facility for some time now but I am sure I checked last night and the "All Forums" option wasn't there. It's there now though.

I'll consider myself educated... never noticed that at the bottom of the list. Will make searching much easier though.

Thanks

I've noticed a few times that the "All forums" option occasionally (but not often) seems to disappear from the list. No idea whether it's a totally random thing, related to the search term, my computer, or it's the only way admin can wind us up without having to ban themselves!

You live and learn, I never knew " All forums" existed.

Would have preferred "All fora", but you can't have everything
