The gas regulator (Amazon) on our Campingaz R907 cylinder has stuck fast.

I was removing it and putting it back on when I was going to use it, so I could put it away between uses, but the regulator now doesn’t do more than a slight turn in either direction.

The on/off spindle works fine so we can still use the gas, just can’t remove the regulator.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I’ve had a search here and didn’t find an answer and also tried Google.
