I have a Lunar Clubman SB and am thinking of getting aircon.I read that Lunar did not endorse roof mounted units. Does anyone have the under bed model?
I carry spare wheel in the car so have a bit of flexibility with weight.

Knew someone with the under seat(same thing?)version and they said because of the distance all the ductwork had to go it was pretty inefficient.

The roof needs to be strengthened for the roof mounted air con. I think that the Clubman has ALDE so ducts would be required for under bed air con. Plus of course the vibration and noise from under bed will not be pleasant.
