One of these that came with a Bright Spark suitcase stove we had. That broke and it was disposed of - including the toaster... I've now found a replacement on Amazon. It works, maybe only a slice at a time but it does heat crumpets and croissants too.

Oh, you could also use a griddle pan - brush your bread (sourdough) with oil or melted butter and press onto the hot griddle pan to get those trendy stripes. ------------- Camping - emotional resilience in action, a triumph of hope over adversity and antidote to virtual reality.

We simply use a Tesco toaster. Cheap and effective. It is only on for about 5 minuted during the day so wattage drawn is not a problem. We make sure that nothing else like a kettle is switched on at the same time.

Slightly off the subject but I use 1500 watt air fryer, as with toasters keep an eye on the amps.

We just use an Asda cheap one. Same as the one we use at home. I have it on the maximum and toast crumpets perfectly. I have crumpets everyday for my breakfast, so bit of a connoisseur! OH uses the grill, but I find they are too crispy for me.------------- Claire and Colin

To be totally honest.
We use normal kitchen appliances in our van. ( Delongi, toaster and kettle) others are available.
we also use normal air fryer...Normal tv also.
After at leat 12 years caravanning. NEVER had a problem.
we don't use all at once, However can use mix and match some together together.
We know these won't work off grid, but we never go off grid.
Just my two pennneth..
