Do you need to leave space between pans on a 2 burner stove? Just got a griddle pan but wondered if it is too large.

No you don't have to leave a space but you will only get full heat over about two thirds of the griddle.

It’s fine.

Pan size matters if you are using one of the little suitcase stoves because the pan must not go over the gas compartment, but your set up looks fine.

It should be fine. Only comment is, if you've got a high flame it may give you a little 'hot spot' on edge of adjacent pan which may conflict with what your trying to cook in it!
