Guys I've recently purchased a Sterling Eccles 580.I've noticed the TV connector in the battery box is a screw type and is apparently a satellite connection .Is there an adaptor I can use to screw on to it to use for normal TV connector .The site we use has TV points on all pitches
The 'normal' TV plug is known as a Coax plug/socket, the screw type (satellite) plug is an 'F type' plug/socket.
There are adaptors, what you need is a FEMALE COAX SOCKET to F TYPE MALE PLUG.

But for best quality signal it's generally best to minimise the number of connections/joints, so really best option is to swap the Coax plug on cable to a F type on the caravan end. Easy to do, just need to trim cable end correctly before fitting plug (info on WWW in you need it).
