I am not sure the would be allowed on most sites? Some CL site allow you to put a hose into a hedge to get rid of waste water. The problem with that device as far as I can see is that you could flood the pitch anf make it not very nice for the next person?
I wouldn’t use this gadget north of the border. Just put the pipes into a black canister & empty it in the correct place. (If you’ve parked overnight somewhere, under a tree or bush & at least 30m from a watercourse.)
Like it or not, under Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) regulations, grey waste water is treated the same as sewage or black water in terms of its disposal. Of course, people do discharge their waste tanks into road gullies or just leave the drain tap open & drain the washing up onto the main road (and onto campsite hardstand pitches, toothpaste & bacon rind & all: pretty yuck). But you could get home to a FPN if someone reports it via the SEPA app. And I know at least 2 sites where the managers ban people from returning if they dump waste water on the site roads as they drive round.
In short, I can’t see the point of buying this gadget.
Pretty sure both clubs have a ban on such devices. I've certainly had a knock on the van door when a CAMC warden has spotted my grey water tank accidentally overflowing.
Even if it's filtering was up to scratch (it's not really!), you'd still be making the pitch waterlogged for you or next user if used for more than a day or so!
I've been instructed by sites to pipe grey water into a hedge (or off pitch in some way) on CL/CS sites in England/Wales, which does mean the actual pitch never get polluted/waterlogged.
Pollution protection is a hot topic, even if permitted currently, likely it would be frowned upon in nearish future, so maybe a poor investment.
On CL's we just run a pipe into the hedge.
One of our rallies actually asks us to let the grey waste run straight onto the ground. We get pitched up on a rugby club training pitch and it helps keep the grass watered.
I guess it is useful when one goes 'wild camping' without the need to carry a bulky container.
It annoys me when I see MHers draining their grey water tanks on hard-standing pitches without a care in the world.

How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?

I can definitely smell some pork pies.
Most sites said they were okay with it.

CAMC official campsite rules as published on their web site:
"8. Waste water
a. Please collect waste water in a suitable container and empty it at the disposal point provided. Please don’t allow it to overflow."
Pretty clear it should be collected for correct disposal and NOT soaked into the pitch through any 'filtering/soak away' device or overflowing containers.

Sssssssh, they'll never know.
Warden 'slapped my wrist' (in a friendly 'informative' way) last year when I accidentally let my container overflow! ... so maybe at least some are vigilant!
