Does anyone have any suggestions for the best air fryers in your caravan?

OH says, probably not be suitable as the power it would take is very high, even if only for a short time.
And I would say, they tend to be rather bulky, we struggled to find a small one for our home kitchen.

No specific one to recommend as too little kitchen worktop space in my van to consider one, but a fair number on the market with sufficiently low power to be fine on most EHUs, starting from 900W (3.75 amp load) which would be fine even on a 6A EHU which is common on the continent (far less common in UK, but not unknown!).

Here's just one comparison list available from the WWW: https://www.bestproductsreviews.co.uk/low-wattage-air-fryer-for-camping Google "low power air fryer for camping" to find more.

Lots of obscure brands of unknown quality, but a few well known brands too.

Consider, the lower the power, the slower to cook and/or smaller the capacity! Also even a low power one (circa 1000W) is quite a load, and you need to be mindful of what other appliances you use at the same time! It's easy to overlook things running 'in the background' like battery charger, heating, water heater etc. They are all accumulative loads with a total demand that may be an issue on a lower power EHU with risk of tripping the Bollard breaker! Your caravan user manual should give you all the electrical demand figures to guide you of what you can or cannot run together.

It's easy enough to work out the amperage demand from the power rating: Amps= Watt rating/240, eg 1000w/240v = 4.2A. Then consider where you'll be using it and the EHU rating to see if suitable.

I shan't take an airfryer in my van as I do not use mine at home that often, perhaps no more than once a week to heat up oven chips and onion rings for a steak dinner at weekends.

Not much freezer space to speak of, so I do not have oven chips or onion rings when I go camping.

We wouldn't be without our airfryer in the caravan.
It lives under one of the seats when not in use.

You need to look carefully at the power rating of your intended airfryer, and balance this with how much capacity you would like to have.
After much research, we settled on a fryer from Dunelm, power rating 1300w, capacity 4 litres, cost £30, as being most suitable for us - sorry, no model number but still available on their website.
Be aware when using not to have eg. microwave/toaster/kettle/ heating on 2kw, on at the same time. Otherwise, as long as you have a 10 or preferably16amp electricity supply, you should be fine.

Edited to add your model does not appear on the list of models being recalled.

Just checking if you are aware of the recent Tower recall for their air fryers due to fire risk:
