I am changing my cleaning service provider and the new one requires customer-supplied equipment and chemicals, so I have to buy a new vacuum cleaner as I threw the cheapo one I had during lockdown when I had to do my own cleaning and found it was as useful as a chocolate teapot!
I already have a small hand-held one with cleaning the car and van in mind, plus a quick clean up if the cat kicks out cat litter from his tray in the house etc...
It is very good and powerful. However, it does not have a long enough attachment for the floor and carpet in the house.
Hence I bought another Shark, a cordless stick one, as it has good reviews and Shark donates to two pet charities that I already support with each purchase.
This is the one I purchased and found it to be very good:

So you are looking for a rechargeable type hand held vacuum cleaner and not a 240 volt mains one.
Is this right?
If so then rechargeable vacuum cleaners are not that powerful and will struggle to pick up dog hairs. I know because I've got one and it's pretty useless picking up tiny bits off the carpet.

Not a clue how it compares to other vaccums, but seems OK to me.
I also have one of these.....Does the job ok. Same reason, battery also comes in handy for the makita tyre inflator, also the drill for winding the steadies up and down. Cheap as chips really when you have the batteries already.
