Well, they've gone about the recall responsibly, if you visit their web site you can hardly fail to notice the recall notifications!

And they've made it as easy as possible to get a replacement ASAP through a number of methods with minimal effort from user - really NO EXCUSES for not getting suspect cylinders replaced!

Recall also flagged up on Gov 'Product Recall' web page: https://www.gov.uk/product-safety-alerts-reports-recalls/product-recall-flogas-gol........

Hopefully, it does not affect too many UKCSers as the seasoned campers who camp all year round would be getting Propane and not Butane!

You're welcome DK, community spirit is what raises this forum above others!

I suspect it's going to be people with mobile gas heaters at home/work that are mostly affected, as you say, not going to be many campers getting away with using Butane this time of year! ...... but I suppose the risk can be carried over if people stock up now for next spring/summer season!
