Ever since I was a kid we have zipped two to make a double. We still can now with almost any bags we've ever bought. Surely the flexibility of two bigger bags (including the fact that one of you can unzip more than the other on those warm summer mornings) means it has to be a better bet?
------------- Hotels Suck. Villas are great but I can't take my Cadac on the plane....
We have the Vango - Orion Twin 2/3 seasons and it's massive, plenty of room and can be unzipped on ether side. Best seeping bag we have every had :)

Will have a look there. It's called Bromley Hayes Garden Centre at Kings Bromley and Lichfield Camping is there. Thanks for reminding about that place, been before and it is really very good.
The pro-action sleeping bag looks great and I am warming to the idea of zipping two together you know. You are such a clever lot. Thanks for all your replies.
