We did get our Caddy finally from Towsure, sadly the delivery driver decided because no one was able to help lift it off the artic he simply dropped it off the back of the lorry and damaged it. Towsure did finally give us a discount for the damage, but reluctantly. Speaking of Towsure we have experienced recently a distinct lack of customer care and some degree of abruptness from staff.... or is it just us being sensitive??????
