To be fair, the aerobed had been used about a dozen times before the problem appeared about 3 weeks ago.
As well as camping, it's been used for visitors to us and we have taken it with us when visiting. Woke up nose to nose with OH. When we tried to move to edge, it was like trying to ride on a water bed! Great for early morning giggles but it obviously wasn't right. I thought it may have been the seal until I saw the posts from Cleef15 and yourself.
Just back from Costco with an Intex Rising Comfort Deluxe Pillow Rest Raised Bed Queen Size. That's a lot of words for only £36!
Will give it a test inflate. Have to go away to try it out now!
