Will you be having EHU? A good tip is to make sure your bed is warm when you get in it, so if no EHU take some hot water bottles with you. When we go we usually have EHU and I often warm up the inside of my sleeping bag by blowing the hairdryer into it just before I get in, it's lovely!!

Definately agree with quality sleeping bags, just back from my first trip with my Vango Nitestar! What a difference, I didn''t need my thermals even took my sox off! Would really recommend these sleeping bags and a hot water bottle. Underneath the air bed I put a space blanket (poundshop) and a picnic rug...toasty!
Hope it went well

I would agree totally with putting a fleece blanket inside your sleeping bag, we use hot water bottles too.
Even when I have been cold, my little boy is always cosy in his Marks and Spencer thermal leggings and long sleeved vest. I'm going to get some too, thermals seem to make a big difference.
I've been chilly on my last few trips, can't wait to get one of those silver emergency blankets to put between me and my airbed. What a good idea!
