Unless the tent is small or hermetically sealed then it won't be a problem inside.
Don't be too worried.
Keep it dead level though - I always take a spirit level. Also I recommend a little table. It helps us oldies not to bend down too much !

No I have a coleman 424 duel fuel for cooking duties, have a 4.5kg calor gas bottle kicking around at the bottom of the garden.
Thinking of getting a 3way myself but would like to know if there are any problems with putting it on the floor in the tent with a SIG when run on gas or do you have to put it on a small table or something similar, dont fancy have a hole in the SIG or even worse the tent catching fire.
