Chopping board
Vegetable knife
Something to wash up in (bowl/trugg bucket etc), we bought a huge washing up bowl with handles, in France, and it's lasted years!
Don't forget the tea towels!
Colander or strainer of some sort (or slatted spoon).
If you take a cool bag (as well as the cool box) you can use it to transport stuff (like lights - it protects them) and then can be used to store food in when there. Also good for supermarket runs, to keep stuff chilled.

If you like citronella candles or similar for when you sit outside the tent in the evening (we use a 'Clearoff' lamp), take those, with holder. I spent ages trying to locate some in France one year when we were at a site with mossies, now always take them with us.
Also, gas lighter/striker for the cooker.

Torches or headlamps.
A tarp (to create some shade!).
A brush and dustpan (to sweep out tent)
A washing up brush and scourers.
A spare plug (you'd be surprised how many sinks have no plugs).

True enough.
Revise that last suggestion to a MEGA bag of good humour, and a Tom Tom!
