Just before you do. We got one the year before last - used it once for camping then the second time we used it at home for guests. It started letting out air and despite searching the whole thing I just couldnt find a puncture anywhere. It just wouldnt stay up. Ended up throwing it out - comfy but didnt last so a waste of money for us.

Cool campers use Delta Pegs.

I bought a full height queen sized one for £70, it wasn't air tight and because I inflated it a few seconds per night the pump burned out - Intex didn't want to know.
I have since bought an Aerobed Delux £139 and in the year I've slept on it (house bed) I have inflated it about 3 times for a second or three in the full year.
Intex have deffo lost my trade! :-)
------------- There's only ONE thing worse than being talked about, and that's... NOT being talked about! :-)
I received my 2in1 queen size bed the other day and last night inflated it and it seems really comfortable and just the right height. I paid £33.77 incl p&P.

Exactly the same thing happened to me.
DH could not find the cause of the slow leak. It ended up being binned. When it worked it was wonderful, but I couldn't recommend one as mine leaked.
We bought ours from Tesco's last year, first ever camping trip, loved it, so much bigger and spacious, my hubbie is 6.1" so needs the extra length. I agree that it needs topping up every other night or so, but easy enough to do when you have ehu. For us it seems that if it is topped up quite firmly then you dont roll together too much, but if you have a significant weight difference then this is unavoidable I think.
