Hi Mike,

Yes and no, yes I have a footprint (that I paid for) from Campingworld1. No I haven't got to the bottom of the rubbish claims of Outwell themselves about what is acceptable quality. I have a communication from Outwell central in Denmark but as yet have not followed up because assorted family tragedies have sapped my motivation. Maybe later in the spring.

Well I bought a Norfolk Lake from them about 3 years ago and the carpet we ordered never turned up. They kept stringing us along for weeks and then said they would get one custom made. That lasted several more weeks and they said it was ready. Turned up to collect it and I was told they had lent it to someone to borrow for a week!

I never did get my carpet from them in the end. They were never that great at customer service.
