Appologies to all who have been messed about by tesco, I always thought they could be relied on, but it seems not.

As you say why take money for an order if they don't have the goods, very poor.

Not your fault I actually did ring them and spoke to someone at length. He said they've got a new computer system thats not working properly hence the orders being taken when they can't fill them. *cough* I used to design and implement systems so not an excuse in my book. Anyway, he has given me a £5 refund by way of an apology - I still have to wait 3-5 days for it though Still it's something.
