They are, thankfully, also a pair of Pure Oz boots as well.

got my 'croc' type footwear from our local 'poundland', not the most chic looking shoes your ever going to see  (  but they're only for plodding about on site ,so why worry ? 17) and they are at least as  functional and comfortable as the more expensive types.

what more could one ask for a £1.00 pair of shoes ?

judging by some other posts i might go and get a couple of box'es full to sell on  17

Matalan £4. All our local pound type shops sell them too. I bought my kids a pair for 99 p each. They have lasted 2 seasons and taken a battering, camping and 2 weeks in lanzarote and worn throughout the summer. Still going strong!!!

Alpine, not having a go here but I find it hard to accept that Genuine Crocs who everyone has obviously copied are now a poorer product than shoes people are picking up for 2/3 quid. I accept people have different levels of expectations and opinions on what should be spent for different things but quite a lot of the time it usually comes back to the old saying "you get what you pay for". Only sayin!

Think I may receive a few return of serve in respect of my last post, so I have attached a photo of mine, Originals which are a superb product. 1. Push the back strap forward, slip on and off for showers etc. 2. Tighten back strap for better fit for long walks and due to shoe being sport model underfoot is very comfortable. 3. Nice leather finish at front means on a wee night out in France or anywhere warm, slip on a pair of linen trousers and they look swell. There that's my case for 34 quid well spent!
